Frequently Asked Questions

 How do I know my credit card is secure?

There will be a small lock located at the bottom right hand side of your screen indicating that you are connected to a secure system where information is being sent in an encrypted form, keeping your information safe and secure.

Can I call my credit card number in instead of putting it online?

Yes you can. We ask that you still complete your order online, filling in all the required spaces on the order form. On the screen that you come to you will be given the opportunity to select from a drop down menu a fax/phone option. Select this option and then call our 800# with your card number.

What credit cards do you take on the site?

We accept both MasterCard and Visa credit cards for your convenience.

Is my personal information shared or sold to any third parties?

No. The information you share with us is kept confidential. We do not share or sell information.

If I have a P.O. Box for a billing address do I still need to put a physical address as well?

Yes. We need your billing address so we can do address verification on your credit card, and we will ship to your physical address using UPS shipping.

Can I ship products to a friend or relative?

Yes. We will ship anywhere provided your billing address matches your credit card information.

Can I do a split shipping on one order?

Yes. There is a $6.00 minimum charge for shipping.

How do I join as a member?

It is easy. Just click on the join link and create and set up an account with your E-mail address and password.

What is your return policy?

There is a 15% restocking fee for all unopened products that are returned. A credit to your credit card will be given for product minus the 15% restocking fee once the return has been received at the outlet.

What if I do not see a product on the website that I know the manufacturer carries?

You may E-mail or call the 800# and ask us to put it on the website.

 

Can I access the quality and information on the brands you carry?

Yes. Simply click on the links on our Links page and you can search our manufacturers websites for any information you might need.
